This apartment was everything I could have asked for and more for my TLA. Separating the military is stressful but thanks to Aida, I was able to have a truly comfortable final week there. First of all, the apartment was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed at. Secondly, the location was great. It is a few minutes walk from the bars in downtown Kaiserslautern but still in a quiet area so that you can rest well. Another great thing about the apartment is the interior. I felt like I was staying at a resort the place is so sweet! Full kitchen capabilities, a beautiful bedroom, a massive TV with every channel you can think of, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful back patio area with cozy seats. Aida was sweet enough to even allow me to have a little party with my friends to say goodbye. She was there for me night and day with any questions I had, being very quick to respond. Aida is the pinnacle of customer service and you can see she genuinely cares about her guests and giving them the utmost comfort, not only by her words, but her actions as well. I would not recommend any other place when it comes to PCSing out of/in to the area. Aida, you rule!
